A fire victim from Dulong Tangke, Barangay Malinta, Valenzuela City (center) receives livelihood financial assistance from the Department of Social Welfare and Development through the Valenzuela City Social Welfare and Development Office (CSWDO) at the Amphitheatre, November 10. The businesses destroyed by the fire incident in Dulong Tangke and Arkong Bato were awarded Livelihood Settlement Grant amounting to PhP 10,000 to PhP 20,000 to support them rebuild their business.
